Rule of Launchpad

[Launchpad Membership Agreement] Welcome to Launchpad—AIMC’s community-based space for licensed and credentialed health and wellness professionals. By joining, you agree to the terms below to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all. [Eligibility & Requirements] All members must hold and maintain a valid license or formal credential in a healthcare-related field. Practitioners must carry current malpractice insurance and provide documentation before using the space. [Booking & Cancellation] Rooms can be booked online at any time. A valid credit card must be on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a reservation will be charged in full. If booked within 24 hours, you may cancel within 1 hour of booking without charge. All reservations receive confirmation and reminders via email. [Facility Use] Clinical rooms include basic furnishings: a massage table, desk, chairs, lighting, and sharps disposal. The group room and shared lounge are also available per guidelines. Please keep the space clean and report any facility issues. Personal heaters, candles, and overnight use are not allowed. [Conduct] Respectful and considerate behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive conduct, abusive language, or harassment may result in termination. Keep noise levels low. Brief phone calls are okay in shared areas, but longer calls should be moved to a reserved room or taken outside. [Community Etiquette] Support the Launchpad community by participating in collaborative opportunities and keeping shared spaces clean. Selling products or soliciting other members is not permitted. Guests should not linger; extended visits require a room reservation. [Fees & Payments] Fees are processed at the end of each business day. This gives members time to collect from clients before room charges are processed. [Grievances & Concerns] Informal concerns can be directed to staff. Formal issues or safety matters should be submitted via our form at www.aimc.edu. [Liability & Indemnity] AIMC is not responsible for lost items, injuries, or damages. Members agree to indemnify AIMC for any claims arising from their use of the space. [Jurisdiction & Consent] This agreement is governed by California law for Berkeley members and Texas law for Austin members. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect.
