Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Rooms can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.

  • Cancellations or same-day bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Bookings canceled less than 24 hours prior will be charged in full.

  • If you book a room with less than 24 hours’ notice, you have 1 hour to cancel without penalty.

  • A valid credit card must be on file.

  • All reservations receive an email confirmation and reminder.

  • Each booking includes a 10-minute buffer period before and after your reserved time for setup and cleanup.

What's Included

Each individual room is equipped with:

  • Overhead and lamp lighting

  • Massage table

  • Desk and chairs

  • Sharps container

Group treatment rooms offer similar furnishings with additional capacity for classes, workshops, or shared care. Rooms are located within AIMC’s integrative health centers, with on-site herbal pharmacies to support patient care and prescription needs.

Who Can Join

Launchpad is open to licensed and certified healthcare practitioners who maintain current malpractice insurance. Once approved, members can reserve rooms online as needed—no monthly lease required.

Launchpad is AIMC’s room rental program designed to help licensed healthcare professionals build and grow their practices. Whether you’re just getting started or expanding your services, Launchpad provides flexible, affordable access to fully furnished treatment spaces within a collaborative integrative health setting.

To participate, members must hold a valid license or certification in a healthcare field and carry current malpractice insurance. There are no monthly rental commitments—rooms are booked as needed, with hourly rates starting at $35. Each room includes essential furnishings such as lighting, a massage table, a desk, and chairs.

 

Launchpad locations are housed within AIMC campuses, offering the added benefit of on-site herbal pharmacies for easy patient referrals and prescriptions. Availability may vary by location.
