Welcome

Whether you are in Austin, Berkeley, or another state all together, thank you for being part of the AIMC community. As we launched this new website, great care was taken to ensure emphasis on community building and community resources that will grow with us over time.

Gusto

For Timesheets

Gusto is used for all administrative staff for timesheets and basic human resource record keeping. Faculty may or may not have gusto accounts, and their contracts are handled separately with the Academics department.

Mighty Networks

For Connection

Mighty Networks is designed to foster networking and connection with additional capacity to offer online classes. This platform will become a prime spot to connect with peers and access continuing education in the future. Coming soon!

Populi

For Attendance & Final Grades

Populi is a student information system (SIS). We utilize it for student registration and academic record keeping. This is where faculty will be logging their final attendance and final grades for the term.

Canvas

For Courses

Canvas is our learning management system (LMS). This is where faculty can access all courses and zoom links. In this LMS, faculty can upload course documents, create assignments, and allot grades.
