We’re looking for a licensed acupuncturist ready to build a cash-based, high-integrity practice without the stress of running a business. You’ll join a thriving, established women’s health clinic where the infrastructure, marketing, admin support, and steady flow of patients are already in place.

We’re open to candidates with different specialties (ortho, pain, digestion, etc.), as long as you’re committed to clinical excellence and motivated to grow. You’ll be working alongside a respected leader in Chinese Medicine with 20+ years in practice, in a supportive and collaborative team environment- Dr. Kiné Fischler a 2007 AIMC graduate!

This is a rare opportunity to earn up to $80-100K/year seeing 30-50 patients a week, with complete freedom to treat your way and none of the insurance hassles. Make a great living working part time hours



Your Schedule:

We are currently hiring for 15–25 clinical hours per week, flexible hours but these core shifts need coverage, 3 shifts required per practitioner:

Monday/Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: Optional – 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (ideal if you’re eager to build quickly)
Additional hours available as your patient base grows.

What We’re Looking For:

Oregon LAc license and NCCAOM certification (Dipl.OM or Dipl.CH) or willing to obtain one
2+ years of clinical experience preferred, but new grads welcome if aligned
Excitement about seeing 2-3 patients/hour effectively and ethically
Team player mindset with excellent communication skills
Passion for clinical growth, learning, and meaningful patient care
Willingness to wear scrubs, attend team meetings, and provide references
