With continued growth, we are expanding our team and are seeking a clinically confident acupuncturist with a passion for treating acute and chronic pain conditions.

Duties
• Conduct initial patient consultations, patient assessments, medical history reviews and physical examinations to determine appropriate acupuncture treatments.
• Develop and communicate effectively a personalized treatment plan that will help the patient meet their goals.
• Educate patients on pain management therapeutics and the benefits of acupuncture therapy.
• Perform acupuncture procedures with precision and monitor patient responses during sessions, adjusting techniques over time as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and clinical notes.
• Establish genuine rapport with the patients coming into the clinic for help. Provide compassionate care, address concerns, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Add to the value of the clinic overall as you take pride in your offerings and bring a positive and uplifting attitude that is focused on connection and maintaining strong relationships with staff and patients.

• Active Utah Acupuncture License (or ability to relocate within 1–2 months)
• Strong clinical confidence with pain management and musculoskeletal conditions
• Comfort creating and communicating clear treatment plans
• Willingness to learn clinic systems while bringing your own clinical strengths
• Chinese Herbal medicine experience preferred. We have a robust herbal pharmacy to support your treatment plans and are happy to stock the formulas you will use regularly
• Interest to treat at most 3 patients per hour as your caseload and confidence grows.
• Openness to treating a broad patient base (pain, internal medicine, women’s health)

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Compensation is commission-based and tied directly to patient care delivered, allowing income to scale as your schedule fills.
• Practitioners earn a percentage of collected treatment revenue
• Treatment visits range from $95–$120
• You may see up to 3 patients per hour
• No income cap during scheduled clinical hours
Typical hourly earnings:
• ~$45–55/hour with a lighter caseload
• ~$65–75/hour with a steady schedule
• ~$85–100+/hour when fully booked
