Tian Chao Herbs & Acupuncture is seeking an exceptional California-licensed acupuncturist to join our growing Sacramento-area clinical team.
This is not a room-rental opportunity, independent-contractor arrangement where you are expected to find your own patients, or an invitation to "build your own practice" inside someone else's clinic.
We have already built the well-established practice.
We are looking for the right practitioner to help us care for the patients.
Tian Chao Herbs & Acupuncture is an established Traditional Chinese Medicine organization with multiple Sacramento-area locations, experienced practitioners, an extensive herbal medicine infrastructure, professional administrative support and an ongoing commitment to expanding access to exceptional Chinese medicine.
The position is designed to provide approximately $100,000 in annual compensation for the right practitioner.
We are interested in both experienced clinicians and talented newer practitioners with exceptional potential.
More important than the number of years you have practiced are your clinical judgment, communication abilities, professionalism, curiosity, work ethic, commitment to Chinese medicine and genuine desire to care for patients.
Our practitioners have the opportunity to work with acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and related TCM modalities in an environment designed to allow clinicians to concentrate on clinical care.

Who We Are Looking For
You must hold or be immediately eligible to hold a current California acupuncture license.
Beyond that, we are looking for someone who connects easily with patients, communicates confidently, practices with integrity, enjoys learning, values teamwork and wants to become an important part of a growing organization.
Experience with Chinese herbal medicine is particularly valuable.
