We’re looking for a Licensed Acupuncturist to join us as an independent contractor. This role is flexible: set the hours that align with your life, grow your patient base, and practice in a space where collaboration and compassion guide the work.

What We Offer
Flexibility: run as many or as few rooms as you’d like (1-4 rooms per shift)
Access to a full in-house herbal pharmacy (herbal sales structured with a separate fee arrangement)

Possible front desk/admin support
Marketing support from the clinic, with room to expand through your own efforts

Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient intakes (including questioning, musculoskeletal assessments, and channel palpation, etc.)
Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments and manual therapies
Create and communicate personalized treatment plans
Support patients with diet, lifestyle, and self-care coaching
Maintain accurate SOAP notes and documentation
Turn over rooms between patients and help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment

You are reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to giving patients the best possible care. You love connecting with people and building relationships. You bring self-awareness, motivation, clear communication, and a good sense of humor. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Requirements:
Current license to practice acupuncture in Texas
Active malpractice insurance
Master’s in Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture
Advanced herbal medicine training strongly preferred (we are willing to train!)

Respect for our low-scent environment (no strong perfumes, synthetic fragrances, or plug-ins)
A patient-centered approach, with a genuine interest in supporting those with chronic conditions
Willingness to market yourself locally and within your networks if you’d like to build a full schedule (with clinic support provided)

Compensation
$40–70 per treatment, depending on experience and treatment length
