Associate Acupuncturist

About Acupuncture Together Austin
Acupuncture Together Austin is a community acupuncture clinic in North Central Austin. Since 2010, we have been providing accessible, high-quality acupuncture care to the Austin community.
Our model bridges traditional community acupuncture and individualized care. Unlike many community clinics that treat only at the extremities, we offer full-body treatment access, including an orthopedic treatment table within our shared treatment space, as well as private room treatments when appropriate. Patients receive affordable care while still benefiting from personalized treatment plans and long-term therapeutic relationships.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a community healer first and foremost.
Someone who views this work as more than a job and values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Someone clinically capable, grounded, relational, and comfortable working with many different kinds of people in a shared treatment environment.
The right fit understands that excellent care is both clinical and human. We value consistency, humility, professionalism, and community-centered healing. We are looking for someone interested in building roots within a practice and contributing to a culture of care—for patients and colleagues alike.
The Position
Two clinical shifts per week in an established clinic with existing patient flow, front desk support, and a strong community reputation.
Current shifts typically range from approximately 12–26 treatments and are supported by front desk staff and established patient demand.
Wednesday: 1:30pm–7:15pm
(Arrive 1:30pm, clinic opens 2:00pm)
Friday: 8:30am–2:15pm
(Arrive 8:30am, clinic opens 9:00am)
Practice-Building Opportunity
Clinic space is available during off-hours for practitioners who wish to build their own independent private practice. A small overhead fee applies for space use. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
Your independent practice operates separately from Acupuncture Together Austin. You are responsible for your own scheduling, documentation, billing, and collections.
Patients you develop independently through your own networking, marketing, and referrals remain entirely yours.
Patients of Acupuncture Together Austin remain patients of the clinic, regardless of which practitioner provides their care.
