SEIFUKUJITSU THEORY AND CLINICAL PRACTICE 2 (In-person)

2550 Shattuck Ave, Berkeley, CA 94704 2550 Shattuck Ave, Berkeley, CA

CATEGORY: Category 1 Continuing Education Course
PROVIDER #436: AIMC Berkeley 2550 Shattuck Ave, Berkeley CA ● 510.666.8248
CEU HOURS: This course has been approved by the California Acupuncture Board, Provider Number 436, for 16 hours of Continuing Education.

Course Info:
Seifukujitsu is a healing method over 1200 years old. It emphasizes the restoration of the body to a state known in China as “Fusheng” or normal state. This is achieved by balancing the energy in the body and by breaking down soft tissue areas of the body that have been injured to allow them to properly heal. This course will provide attendees with foundational knowledge and perspective, and help them develop basic physical skills to treat patients with increased efficacy in a relatively short time

This two-day seminar delves deeper into the concepts and treatments covered in Part 1 (days 1 & 2).   Attendees will further their knowledge in theoretical principles, therapeutic principles, and application principles.  There will be an opportunity to practice and learn the bodywork kata and specific treatment protocols for insomnia and headaches – as stand-alone treatments, and in combination with other Asian medical treatments.  The course includes review of topical liniments and herbal medicine examined in Part 1 as well as exploration of additional treatments.  The focus will be on anterior upper and lower body sequences.  Click for additional course info

This is the second of 2 courses in the series.
