Robbyn Kawaguchi, Director of Student Services
Robbyn is here to support students with a number of issues, including tutoring, ADA accommodations, & counseling. She also oversees our Continuing Education Programs.
Stacy Waters, Accounting / HR
Stacy takes care of student billing, payments, parking passes, and financial aid disbursements. She also assists with employee and student worker hiring processes and is the general office manager
Karen Villanueva, Project Manager
Karen oversees the coordination and administration of AIMC externship sites and outreach events
Patricia Ward, Librarian
Patricia manages Library circulation, staffing, and acquisition of resources. As Reference Librarian she teaches information literacy and provides research assistance to students, faculty, and staff.

Front Desk Receptionist oversees the front desk including the clinic appointment schedule, patient services, and records.
