Enrollment for the winter 2010 sections of Qigong offered at AIMC Berkeley is open November 12th-January 30th.  The schedule can be viewed here. Winter 2010 schedule - look for OM 111-115 (Qigong I-V) to find your level.  You may also be interested in joining us for our drop-in qigong classes, which, as the name suggests, can be joined at any time.


Information about Drop-In Qigong >>

In Qigong I-V, you will learn basic qigong exercises including breathwork, physical movement and intention to balance the body and mind.

These courses are sequential and are offered each trimester.

Each course taken not-for-credit is available for an audit fee of $118.50.
