QIGONG I–V Enrollment for the winter 2010 sections of Qigong offered at AIMC Berkeley is open November 12th-January 30th. The schedule can be viewed here. Winter 2010 schedule - look for OM 111-115 (Qigong I-V) to find your level. You may also be interested in joining us for our drop-in qigong classes, which, as the name suggests, can be joined at any time.
In Qigong I-V, you will learn basic qigong exercises including breathwork, physical movement and intention to balance the body and mind. These courses are sequential and are offered each trimester.
